faction rules

Hello,

Iam a new player, my friend invited me because he saw the invitation on /tg/. i am new to free form rollplay but would like to start. can i start as a group without planets within a human faction as perhaps pirates or privateers as this is what i play best. i will focus more on a few characters exploits to give the universe flavor. i will ask the owner of the human faction permission to join. thx

If a human faction is willing to allow you to play a subgroup within their faction, you may. Keep in mind, you will be bound by their tech and culture in such a case, as well as any additional parameters they set.

Hello Corsair,

I do not think Capital or I would object to your residing within our star systems - as long as you think you can handle the titan Arkata on anti-pirate duty. Our FTL is government controlled so we would need to talk about travelling between our star systems as an outlaw organization.
